Tokyo Dawn Labs • Install on Win XP SP3?

I have setup a new Recording rig using Win XP SP3 it will not be hooked up to the internet. When I try to install TDR Nova I get a message that it is not a valid Windows 32 program. I downloaded the Windows installer. What am I doing wrong?
