Hosts & Applications (Sequencers, DAWs, Audio Editors, etc.) • Cubase Old .ALL Files - Can Anyone Convert these to .CPR?

Hi, sorry to ask here, I have some old files in .ALL format. I have tried but just cannot get a VM to run Windows XP to run Cubase SX/SE3 to allow these to be opened and resaved as .CPR files.

Does anyone here have this ability to convert these, or know anyone running a service that can do this?
