Going through all of the presents in these 2 plug-ins, I noticed that some of the riffs will use actual palm-muted (instead of sustained) notes and others will use sustained notes at a much lower velocity in order to get that "chug" sound. What are the benefits and drawbacks of using each method? Which do you guys use and why? Thank you for the help!
