Samplers, Sampling & Sample Libraries • Sampling kick that contains hats/percs in the tail? (Logic Pro/FL Studio)

Hi,

I remember seeing some method of sampling the kick and removing unwanted junk, but can't really find it anymore.

Are there any good techniques?

I'm using Logic/FL.
