I am creating a 1 track Midi/addictive keys piano piece.
in Addictive keys, as you likely know, they record the same live piano from several different mic positions.
after you record your Midi data, you can opt to blend mix/ sound using up to 3 different but simultaneous mic positions.
wouldn’t this cause phasing? Or do you think Addictive keys factored in something to prevent this?
after all, they encourage the mixing of the different mic positions.
as for the final result, it doesn’t have phase cancellation,and mostly sounds pretty good so I will likely leave it.
but, there is a bit of sound coloration and if there’s a way to make it better, id like to know. Thx!
